As a means of succinctly and evocatively showcasing our capabilities, we consolidated our knowledge of the Emirati cultural and commercial landscape to create a fashion brand from scratch; the "bq" brand. FITCH Dubai has always been the partner of choice for local companies and entrepreneurs, this project aimed to position ourselves as the most cultural savvy and innovative agency in the market place.
Founded in 1992 by its President, Majid Al Futtaim, the Group was created to bring the first regional shopping mall to the Middle East. The company has since developed its leadership in shopping malls, hotels, leisure and entertainment, real estate and food retail business and is one of the largest private conglomerates in the UAE, with multiple operations and varied projects within these divisions.
In the heart of Dubai’s new Downtown district, The Old Town is a vast city within a city. In The Old Town, visitors are transported to a luxurious interpretation of a rich Arabian heritage. Winding paths and alleyways are punctuated by boutique shops, luxurious hotels, coffee houses and international restaurants. The Old Town is a journey through market squares, inner courtyards and the sights and sounds of ancient Arabia.
Dubai Pearl is a master-planned development comprised of hotels, residences and leisure and commercial space, incorporating a select package of some of the world’s most prestigious lifestyle, hospitality and retail brands under the principles of a fully climate-controlled and integrated community.
