Owned and operated by the hugely successful P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Pei Wei Asian Diner offers fresh made-to-order Asian food served in a relaxed yet upbeat and contemporary setting.

Challenge
As Pei Wei expands their locations nationally, they have turned to FITCH to assist in the roll-out efforts. Although the prototype design was developed by Pei Wei’s in-house talent, each new location offers opportunities for its own unique expression.

Solution
FITCH provides layout design that adapts the core vision to the intricacies of each specific space while maintaining the aesthetic characteristics of the Pei Wei brand. The accurate and timely completion of construction documentation is a critical step in the program. To keep the program on track and ensure a successful roll-out, the FITCH architectural team works closely with Pei Wei through advanced communication and tracking tools.
